Rates: Room rates are seasonal and vary by demand. Typical rates are $135 - $155 based on double
occupancy except for special events (i.e
Mardi Gras and Jazz Fest). Summer rates start at $99
except for special events. For current rates, click "Book It Online" at the bottom of this page.
Rooms: Queen or king beds in
every room. Some rooms have a daybed or trundle to accommodate a
third person. The 1896 O'Malley House is a historic home
and is not appropriate for children under 6 years of
age. No pets, please.
Bath: ALL ARE PRIVATE!
Most have Jacuzzi tubs with showers and granite countertops.
Amenities: Telephones in
rooms with private voicemail, dataports, free wireless DSL, desks, color
television with
expanded cable, clock radios, ceiling fan and hardwood
floors. A generous breakfast and fresh-roasted New
Orleans coffee is served every morning. Iron, hairdryers and fax
services also available.
Cancellation
Policy: A
guest who needs to cancel within seven days of arrival may be charged
unless the room(s) may be re-booked for the date(s) of the original
reservation. If the room(s) are re-booked, the reservation will
be reimbursed in full, less a small processing fee. Consult your hosts for Special Events cancellation policy.
