This Halloween Explore the Haunted History of New Orleans

October is a special month in New Orleans, with its haunted history and intriguing characters.  The history of this city is so bizarre – we don’t have to make it up!  What better way to celebrate this month of spirits than to explore the spookier side of the Big Easy?

Explore one of the chilling Top Ten Most Haunted New Orleans Locations such as the Lalaurie House – a high society doctor’s home and also the site of a gruesome scene during a house fire.  Another stop on your investigation could Arnaud’s Restaurant and Mardi Gras Museum, said to be haunted by Arnaud Cazenave and his daughter Germaine who watch over the operations of the creole restaurant and the operation of the museum filled with festive keepsakes.

Get to the heart of New Orleans’ past by checking out one of the Top Ten Haunted Cemeteries in New Orleans.   These cemeteries are the final resting places of 2000 yellow fever victims, Union soldiers, writers, and a variety of famous and infamous local characters.
