Restaurant R’evolution – Transforming New Orleans Cuisine

As you are planning your vacation to New Orleans, be sure to check out the gastronomic delight found at Restaurant R’evolution, just a little over 4 miles away from 1896 O’Malley House Bed & Breakfast.

As their website states, the word “revolution” is defined by Merriam-Webster as “a fundamental change in the way of thinking about or visualizing something.”  Restaurant R’evolution prides itself on providing flavors and techniques from the Cajun and Creole traditions and creating contemporary dishes, permeated with culinary influence found in Louisiana’s history.  Their selections are fresh and all ingredients are authentic.  The menu at Restaurant R’evolution takes you on an unforgettable flavor journey.

Chefs Folse and Tramanto have partnered to bring their own versions of Louisiana’s can’t-miss-cuisine such as gumbo and beignets to their menus.  The Wine Director, Molly Wismeier, ensures that your will enjoy wine from an extensive wine collection, perfectly complimenting your meal.  The wine-by-the-glass program delivers a thrilling wine experience.

So much can be said about this marvelous restaurant, but you should experience it yourself.  In New Orleans’ Christmas tradition, Restaurant R’evolution will begin offering R’eveillion Holiday Dinners as of December 1st.  Don’t believe us?  Check out what others are saying about this dining adventure.
