Rates: Room rates are seasonal and vary by demand. Typical rates are $100 – $250 based on double occupancy except for special events (i.e. Mardi Gras, Halloween, French Quarter Fest, and Jazz Fest). Summer rates start at $99 except for special events. There is a $15.00 charge per person for more than two people in a room. Rooms: Queen or king beds in every room. Some rooms have a daybed or trundle to accommodate a third person. The 1896 O’Malley House bed and breakfast is a New Orleans historic home and is not appropriate for children under 6 years of age. No pets, please.
Bath: ALL OF THE 1896 O’MALLEY HOUSE BED AND BREAKFAST BATH ROOMS ARE PRIVATE! Most have Jacuzzi tubs with showers and granite countertops.
Amenities: ALL of our rooms offer telephones with private voicemail, dataports, free wireless DSL, desks, color flat-screen LCD televisions with DVD players and expanded cable, clock radios, ceiling fans, and hardwood floors. A generous breakfast and fresh-roasted New Orleans coffee is served every morning. Iron, hairdryers, and fax services are also available.
Cancellation Policy: A guest who needs to cancel within 14 days of arrival may be charged unless the room(s) can be re-booked for the date(s) of the original reservation. If the room(s) are re-booked, the reservation will be reimbursed in full, less a small processing fee. Special Event cancellation policy is for 60 days prior to arrival.
